Updating Your Contact Information

It is very important to keep your Go Pass contact information up to date, in case we need to contact you or investigate an incident that could make you ineligible for Go Pass service.

You can change your address, phone number, or email address in the Go Pass System online. Click here to log in to the system.

Replacing A Lost Card

If you lose your Go Pass card, you can request a new one in person at the Department of Education's office in Brooklyn:

65 Court St.
Brooklyn, NY  (near Brooklyn Borough Hall)

Hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The office is closed on City holidays.
